ABOUT RACISM IS ....

now, especially here in northern Italy, we were labeled as racist, they do not favor the integration of non-EU, we reject the so-called "ghettos" of irregular , we continue to keep the crucifix on display and set up the cribs knowing create a certain discomfort to our "guests".
I remembered having read a couple of years ago a statement by the Australian Minister Howord Peter Costello, I've never heard apostrophe as "racist" though he very politely explained that those are the duties of an immigrant and below.

STATEMENTS OF AUSTRALIAN MINISTER PETER COSTELLO

I am not against immigration and I have nothing against those who seek a better life by coming to Australia.
However there are issues that
who recently arrived in our country and, apparently, even some of our fellow citizens born here, need to understand.
The idea that Australia should be a multicultural community has served only to dissolve our sovereignty and the feeling of national identity.
As Australians, we have our culture, our society, our language and our way of life.
This culture was born and raised in more than two centuries of struggles, trials and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom in this country.
We speak English, not the Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian or any other language.
So if you want to be part of our society, learn the language!
The majority of Australians believe in God is not just a private affair of some Christian, right wing, but there is a certain and incontrovertible fact: men women and Christians founded this nation on Christian principles, and is clearly documented in our history and should be written on the walls of our schools.
If our God offends you, then you should consider the decision to choose another part of the world to set up home, because God is part of our culture.
accept your religious views, and no questions asked, but we will assume that you accept ours and try to live in peace and harmony with us.
If the cross offends you, or harasses you, or you do not like, then you should think seriously about to go away somewhere else.
We are proud of our culture and we do not think any way to change, and the problems of your country of origin should not be passed on to us.
Understand that you can practice your culture, but you should not force others to do so.
This is our country, our land, our way of life we \u200b\u200boffer you the opportunity to live better.
But if you begin to complain, to whine, and do not accept our flag, our pledge, our commitments, our Christian beliefs, or our way of life, I say with the utmost frankness that can make use of this cuigodiamo of our great freedom in Australia: the right to leave.
If you are not happy here then leave. No one has forced
to come to our country.
You have asked to live here: and then accept the country you have chosen.
If you do not, go! We have received
opening the doors of our country, if you do not want to be citizens like everyone in this country, then return to the country from where you started!
This is the duty of every nation.
This is the duty of every immigrant.
